Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Siyam Creations (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit siyamcreations.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Siyam Creations is a media production house based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and business queries. When you send a query through our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, company or organisation, budget, preferred date, the type of query and your message.
  • Technical information. When you submit the form we also store your IP address, your browser’s user-agent and the time of submission. We use this only to prevent spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeated submissions).
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as national ID numbers, payment details or health information through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.

2. How we use your information

  • To read and reply to your query about production, music, advertising, artist/casting, distribution or other work.
  • To keep a record of business enquiries so our team can follow up.
  • To protect the website against spam, misuse and security threats.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing without your permission.

3. Who can see your information

Your query is stored on the server that hosts our website and can be viewed only by authorised Siyam Creations staff through our password-protected admin panel. We may share information only where required by the laws of Bangladesh or to protect our legal rights.

4. How long we keep it

We keep queries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your query at any time (see “Your choices” below).

5. Cookies and language preference

  • Language cookie (“lang”). If you switch between বাংলা and English, we store your choice in a cookie for up to one year so the site opens in your preferred language.
  • Admin session cookie. A session cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the admin panel.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If this changes, we will update this policy.

6. Third-party services

  • YouTube. Our videos and songs are hosted on YouTube. On title pages the YouTube player loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once the player loads, YouTube (Google) may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Links that open YouTube, Facebook or other platforms take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised staff and password-protected administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us through the contact form by emailing siyamcreationsbd@gmail.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but your language choice may not be remembered.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
